Desks and dressers are supplied. Bunks must be ordered separately, but can be done through the school. Rooms are equipped
with air conditioning and heat. A dining hall is located in the lobby, and computer labs, laundry facilities, and a fitness
center are all found in the basement of Oglesby.

Cheney is a highrise hall that features:
- Eight floors of double and triple occupancy rooms,
some triples in Suite. (Single rooms are designated for
disabled students).
- Approximately 230 students in each hall.
- Rooms have extra long twin beds, dressers, desks,
mirrors, shelving, and closets.
- Rooms have high-speed internet connections.
- Some rooms have a bay view.
- Most floors are coed with one large code bathroom
per floor.
- Single sex floors are available.
- Floor lounges with balconies.
- Main lounge on entry level.
- Freeborn Hall is designated as a Substance Free
Environment (see below).
